Anna: 100 days of the Splits

My sister was a very talented international gymnast, representing NZ multiple times. (Now she is a very talented neuro-rehab physio. Go sis!) As a gymnast she was of course super flexible, doing the splits with ease. For some reason this has always stuck with me - a thought that the splits should be easy. But unfortunately, it turns out that that is not automatically the case! So, while slightly random, I thought I would use the next 100 days to improve on this - a daily challenge to spend some time doing the splits, improving my flexibility and watching the progress as the days pass. The hope is that in 100 days time I will have a new party trick - easily slipping into the splits any time, any place.
