Yes, it happened twice! We know about the bill for the chocolate fish and now here's another sister at it! Mum was furious one day as a bill had come in from the nuns for a term's piano lessons and she was quick on the phone to object "I am a music teacher myself - my children learn from me!" Well Mrs O"Dwyer, replied the nun, your daughter Ailsa, came to me at the beginning of the term and said her mother wanted her to begin music lessons - so! The bill got paid and after the inevitable fuss and fury died down young Ailsa continued her lessons from the nuns.
Marie: And yet another story!
It seems to be a trait of the elderly to tell stories and often repeat the same stories. As our family has a major Reunion in February 2015 I will tell a family story each day and NOT repeat it for 100 days. I will use christian names from our earlier generations as pseudonyms.
